1. Idea & Concept
In the first phase, we clarify your requirements, analyze processes, and develop a viable automation concept.

2. Mechanical Design
We design all mechanical assemblies in-house and validate concepts using simulations and functional prototypes.

3. Electrical Design & Control Cabinet Assembly
Electrical engineering and control cabinet assembly are handled entirely in-house.

4. Software Engineering
We develop control systems, HMI, vision systems, and safety logic in line with GAMP5.

5. Assembly
Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems are assembled, tested, and aligned internally.

6. Commissioning
We teach processes, test functionality, and perform fully documented FAT and SAT.
