Cell pack assembly and ultrasonic welding system
This system assembles Cell Packs in cassettes, ultrasonically welds the individual cells inside the cassettes, lasers a code and labels each cassette. Process monitoring is ensured by cameras. The cycle time per cassette is 2 sec.
